What should I expect when I arrive for my first visit?

When you arrive for your first visit, check in at the front desk and one of our team members will walk you through everything else, no need to guess where to go. If you filled out our New Patient Forms online ahead of time, that step is already done by the time you walk in.

What if I have an orthodontic emergency after hours?

Call our after-hours emergency line at (630) 280-8330. We’ll help you figure out whether it can wait until the next business day or needs more immediate attention.

Do I need a referral to schedule a consultation?
